The Residences at Mandarin Oriental

Project: Hotel residences - 10 studio suites

Location: Mayfair, Central London

Ten luxury studio suites draw on the iconic Mandarin Oriental Hotel’s decor and lifestyle. A neutral colour palette layers with subtle pattern, aligning with the iconic fashion houses for an understated, timeless appeal.

The primary focus was liveability without compromise within the limited space of the apartments. This was achieved with bespoke designed upholstery and soft curves to create a fluid multi-use space.
